MESS REFUND PROCEDURE FOR OUTGOING M.Tech and M.Sc Students of Batch 2018


All the outgoing M.Tech and M.Sc Batch 2018 (All branches) are required to send soft copy of the form for the refund of the Unspent Mess deposit. On the successful submission of the form by each student the refund will be processed. Each student has to submit the correct details in the form. The documents to be uploaded are as follows:

i) Refund form.

ii) Scanned copy of the Institute Identity card.

iii) Scanned copy of Bank Passbook or bank statement showing all the bank details (account holder name, account no, name, branch code, etc).

  • All the above mentioned documents should be combined in one pdf file.
  • For example for a student with Enroll No: MECH-890/16, the file name of the combined pdf to be uploaded will be MRF-MECH-890-16.
